Ever heard of the GFX section?
I'll move it there for you.

On the first sig I see Sasuke and a Mangekyou Sharingan on top of a weird background.
On the second one, I see a white tiger on top of a background with half the image reverted and a random effect added on top of it.
The text is very small and very hard to spot.
For the future, I recommend using some tutorials from www.sigtutorials.com .

When you use this kind of effects follow the flow of the signature, and add a light source.
