Because they are ugly and weird. Anyway if you really want a CnC I can't say much about it... You blend the render in a weird way, as if that whole thing in front of the background is a render. BG doesn't seem that touched up. Tbh, this sig looks like it was worked on well but it's not a good sig overall imo. You should really blend the render with the background with these types of sigs instead of touching the render itself up.
