This is actually being done as an attempt to level the economy in-game. Too much circulation currency exists (gigas). To obtain +6/7, one has to combine +5 to obtain +6 and +6 to obtain +7.

Combo coupons will cost 6.5 million gigas, each.

Right when the update occurs ill have a +7 body I knew this was going to happen so I stocked up on elektra +5 !
