Is it just me or can you not add .GIF Images as Avatars? They aren't animated :/

Hm.. it isn't working.    <--- This is what the Gif. is supposed to be.  It's an animated gif., so i'm not sure how to make it work.

Hey, sorry it turns out it was just the website I was using to find the Gifs wasn't working.  Your instructions worked, as to put the normal pic. format ().  Thanks for your time and patience .
