Hello, I have done some extensive testing with this bug, and have determined that this is a problem with our relay server, I will be resolving this asap.  I capped the max connections to 1000, and it has exceeded this limit, because if someone does not close the client after connecting to it, it will stay active if they leave their client on channel select, as the relay does not close out after exiting the channel.

I will just increase this limit to about 4000, that should help it out.

(The reason why its not working sometimes, is because some people close out their client, thus freeing up space in the relay server to allow you to connect.)

Hello yes, I have not yet released the latest server build, as it is not really needed to maintain a stable server at the moment.  Once the new build is released, the bug will be fixed.
