ok so heres the dealio:

Me & KamiBot_Shinji (his IGN) guy made a deal that if he trains me from 139 to 200 (which he said he would do in a couple of days) and gives me 20k Bot Stract then I would give him my Skimmer (E) set.

its now been over a week, he trained me from about 139 to 148 and 150 to 153 or something like that, basically hes done nothing. anyway now he is saying that because i wont give him the elite set now (i trained myself to 164 from 153 so 164 is my current level) he will get my in game LEVEL LOWERED!

did i hear correctly? he says hes going to get me lowered about 15 levels from 164 because he got "SCAMMED"?? I did not scam him, he has not stuck up to his side of the bargain but i was nice and offered him the elite set just now for 50K BS!! thats fair enough but noooooooo hes going to get my level lowered if thats possible? admins / mods / gms, help? and thanks for reading

I don't think it's possible for him to lower you 15 levels if he's not a mod or admin, or GM, but really, In these situations you just don't know who's right and who's wrong

You should of just let him get you to 200 and then say :
What deal are you talking about ?
