I'm especially wondering about 2. Just because Iri got disconnected you're assuming Meteor kicked him.
Before reporting him I'd suggest you to ask Iri (Grim_] if he got booted or disconnected, or you could also ask Meteor if he booted him or not.
If he did so I'd also suggest you to ask him for which reason before reporting.
