For those of you who are unaware, Expodite is a GunZ server, but some of you aren't aware of what GunZ is.
I was on the ijji website today and I came across this trailer; it really puts forth what the game is really like.

WHen i install it doesnt launch seems like an antivirus problem but i cant understand anything cuz its in japanese

If GunzLauncher.exe is missing, than that means your antivirus decided to delete it.
To fix that, disable your antivirus and download this, then put it in the Expodite folder and run it.

The whole computer is in Japanese and It's my sisters computer and she paid for the anti-virus

Windows 7 offers swapping system language at any given time if you have that.
You can swap between any at any given time.
