Forgot to mention that some textures are also blurred (coin heads, flags).

try updating direct x / changing resolution on your pc.

try this: run> type "dxdiag" (no quotes) and hit enter, when it loads goto display and tell us your info

This happened to me when I played Bc in fullscreen.
I windowed it and then all was normal.

uh i think i got it
there are some filters inn the regestry one of them might be messing things up
start--->regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\N-Log Soft\Bots

tell me the filter settings and/or try disabling and/or enabling them and see what happens
