promote one of the lucky GM's to head GM and promote one of the lcuky mods to be a gm. i just think we need a head gm and the mods that work hard need a promotion.

maybe make them all apply and choose the best one.

well, it isn't that hard to choose a head GM now.
because gramps is the most active of em.
so i say that we wait till it is more active GMs, and then choose a good person.
and choose fairly.

head GM/GM/Mods should allways be active. (people got real life too, i respect that, but we need active staffs).

Not starting old arguments; I don't talk to opti anymore either.
I didn't even make Izy head GM, and he was obviously deserving, because he didn't have enough communication with myself/Kenny.
