There was actually something like that by the time i was mod. When we was not able to mute people they usually just got auto muted after some time.

There should come a warning like when you use the same macro 3 times. Then there should follow a 60 seconds mute.
Could be 10 messages inside 8 seconds.

I dont preaty much agree coz it will become the same as the hacking system. And there will be alot of unmuting stuff to do an so on. Honestly there are many times when the lobby is quite(nobody,i mean nobody actually typing)
