We have 2 GMs who is even more inactive. So if Expo shouldw get demoted so should they. I don't think any of them should be demoted. There will be a period where they have time.

because they keeps up the good ones, and the other ones who leave (demote their self) then it is their fault.
I think we should start to demote the inactive ones, and look for new ones too.

suggestions can we come up with
