I have to say... It's marginally one of your better sigs.
It looks really blurry. And, at this point, try not to use a filter as a background unless you really kmow what you're doing.
If you make sigs like this, you restrict yourself to adding alot of effects which would otherwise make it better.
A change in style is needed, I think. And when you're better, come back and ace this
