How does this look for my second black n white sig?

CAN YOU.
Put the FIRST render in a 400x150 rectangle.
Then, can you give it a 2 or 3 px white border.
Then, can you put some simple effects around the render - NOTHING SPECIAL.
Then, can you put 'XROW' in simple, noticeable text  on the bottom right.
Then, can you post one version with the text, and one version without the text here.

Sorry, just trying to be paralyzingly specific.
