Add in base chat "all". I mean everyone in the room sees the message.
for example when playing base, chat would be:

All
Team
Whisper
Guild
Friends
bla bla bla

This would be useful when someone is lagging like hell, not conected someone is haking  blablabla.
Maybe also used as "trick" to fool the opposing team.
