I think it would be more fun and  easy to grind if after every game the players would be ready.(no need to press ready)

We used to have it for GMs but it was removed.

It should not be in the game since people could technically just leave their computers and let another one sector for you. Sector is supposed to be something you do, not just let another person doing it for you while you go get drunk or w/e you feel like doing.
This is overall a bad idea. I don't even get why GMs used to have it.
