bukkit takes probably a month to get a bugless version of the current minecraft, they will release parts of it working at a time, which isnt recommended for a official build because of all the bugs

I never had a problem. My server worked fine even with a "buggy" version of bukkit. And I had 10 or so plugins.

Vanilla is retarded. At the same time...it doesn't have NoCheat.
