No it is not. ;3 Teachers are having a strike for all BC, so no school most of next week, most likely. Then we come back the week after that then 2 weeks of spring break...
"This morning the BCTF, the teachers' union, served strike notice to school districts across BC. Starting Monday, March 5, 2012 teachers will be on strike. There will be no classes, buses will not run and parents need to keep their children home. The BC Labour Relations Board has ruled that teachers can go on strike for only 3 days next week—March 5, 6 & 7, 2012.
At this point in time we anticipate classes will resume on Thursday, March 8, 2012—buses will run and all staff, including teachers will be back at work. Schools will be closed on Friday as normal and resume on Monday, March 12, 2012."
