the idea is that when people say like "**** why me" "SHIT" etc. a pop up window shows warning "No Flamming / Swearing" and what he said won't appear to others

Would've been better, if it just censored the swear words.

Make an option for this. Like @censored on/off. You need to give the people options, so that you keep balance in the game.

That's why we got "Report A Rule Breaker" section. To warn those players. Because one person swears alot, doesn't mean you need to censor all swear words in the game. No justice there.
