This occurs very rarely.  We have not been able to actually make it happen by testing, so until someone can post a method to making it always show up, I'm not sure this can be fixed.

Okay so everthing was fine...I was listening to music then i tried to put on this song and that happend.....Is it because the song had the work "mod" in the title. or was it because maybe something on the page had the word hack?

I listened to the song and my game didn't close down.  
Nvm I thought you meant any song but when I looked up a vid that had the word hack in it I got d/ced.

Hello, this issues has happened since bots, I haven't the slightest clue on how to fix it.  I will place this in the non solved bug reports for now.
