One word. Nostalgia. We play for our childhood -- anyone who didn't play bots wouldn't feel the same. It hits some more than others lol. Brings back a bit for me 

In the future, when bc is dead, we'll be like "omg i wish bc was still alive man i loved grinding with x we shud do a remake"

We'll be updating it (up to 2009), it's actually smart to start now so when the updates come you aren't rushing to get levels for the new gear.

But hey, that's just my way of looking at it.
