Just ran 100m in 10.3seconds at 9.7m/s is this fast considering I am only 15 and I smoke 10 a day?

I just searched google and Usain Bolt ran 100m in 9.58 seconds. Does this mean I am only 1 second behind?

Well, I gave it my best but I don't think I would be able to catch Usain Bolt lol.
I only run 9.7m/s (maximum)
Usain Bolt runs  10.4m/s

So yeah not much competition there :| in a 100m race he would finish "10m"!!!! infront dammit!!!!!! so not cool.
