Where is that administrator console on avast?

I couldn't find the administrator console either so I just decided to disable it for 10 minutes and just log on that way. 
You can disable it by.
1. Right Click the Avast icon in the Iconbar/ Taskbar
2. Go to avast! shields control
3. Disable for how long you wish
4. Once the updater loads you can press play and enable it if you want.

I am on this thread right now as you can see. But it says on avast:
1. Go to administrator console.
I dont know where i can find that console

I did that but when i enable it again it deleted the bout.dat

Make sure the updater is fully downloaded before you reenable it.
