I'm going with 7, the white space you put behind the focal to attract attention doesn't blend well at all, I suggest make it fade off towards the top, completely erase the part by the left side of his head, other than that the whole thing is great, background is simple but good, flows kinda jacked up because of the white space but you can fix that, I'd have tried using more colors but it's fine as is

text placement could use work too, try putting it lower and use the rule of thirds for a power point

Going off what zepher said, if you wish to blend that "white space" then the easiest way is to create a layer ontop of everything, select a 20~25px soft brush, yellow and set the blending mode of said layer to linear dodge (add). Oh and make sure the layer is filled with black. (It should turn "invisible")

Stroke over the edges of the body with the yellow, orange or even red brush. If it's too bright then lower the brush opacity to about 50% but it's really just trial and error. Tip: Instead of large strokes, yo may find it more appealing to use dots of varied proportions that are still around the edges.

The sig is alright but a bit boring. It seems as though he's angry so the simple approach doesn't really cut it.

The nine tailed fox should have a much more fierce interpretation.
The color blending could is alright but seems a little off in the top left. Overall a cool sig but a change in text and maybe mixing up some colors would make it much better.
