I looked at it and said, "Woh."
Don't like the text. It doesn't blend at all.
Neither does the render really. Just blurring in some places doesn't quite do the job.

It looks like someone threw up a bunch of c4ds and put a poorly cut out render on top of it. The border looks pretty weird not sure if intentional or not.

Text is terribad. gray text placed poorly on a sig didn't make it look better.

Work on not splattering c4ds and try out tutorials, they help a lot.
