When installing turn off your anti virus it looks like your anti virus is blocking u from successfully installing it.

Just turn off ur fire wall it should help, then re-install.

It doesn't really help. I have Windows 7, and it kinda pointed me in the right direction, although still not working.

I have an idea. Why don't you put your bout.exe on the thread, and I can download it. I put it in my BoutCheetah folder, and it might work!
Nevermind, I just got the new setup, and it works like a charm!
