Sorry but this made me laugh, everything staff has (well almost everything) is earned by themselfs while playing the game, they did not get any benefits in achieving items they had to do events/trades etc just like normal users.

It's a tournament about skill not about who has items already and who needs items. <--- if you want this just do a giveaway because the tournament wouldn't be fun without everyone allowed to participate.
