1. This is to prevent underage people from gambling. Young people become gamblers and can't deal with their problems maturely and responsibly. 2. Yes. You have to be 18 in most places to get a lottery ticket. Here in Louisiana, 21 is the minimum age for this.

i think two have almost same features

lol i dont think they will lose money in this lottery system
so they cannot study any things in this system(unless they play this game far 10years..)
just study about speculative features in real lottery system
and they may have fun about that..

The fact that this is a GAME?

Yes. It is a game. Airilly, there is no real currency here. You don't gain any real money from doing it. Most games have something similar anyway. This isn't gambling either hence the no real money involved. You may be able to purchase the materials for entering the lottery with real money but you will in turn get no real money back. Only in game money.

Lol...... Airlly you're saying that this will cause younger people to become gamblers when they're older?  I think it's actually better for kids to gamble fake money when they're younger so when they lose they understand the consequences of gambling.  

Edit: I think this is a great idea but I hope it doesn't die out like the "Deal or No Deal" events that we had.  I just hope it doesn't completely get rid of gigas like the bot stract nerf did to bot stract lol.

deal or no deal was an event hosted by someone who gone blank
this would be something actually implemented in the game, like for example the trade function

imo it will be hard to make everyone know about it if theres no decent advertising
