Install the most recent drivers for:

Directx
net frameworks 2.0


Maybe your Firewall is blocking Bout cheetah, Go into the setting for your Firewall and unblock bout cheetah.

try to turn off your anti virus and also ur fire wall like Dill said.
also there is a button in the launcher called repair client, it might work.

or you can PM Santa and assist you thourgh TeamViewer if nothing is working.

Hello, this issue is caused by having an antivirus turned on that detects zylonshield.dll as a virus.  Try disabling your antivirus and open the launcher.

Some people may not read it tho.  But, I am assuming he already fixed the issue since this was posted awhile ago.
