are the different (E) parts more rarer then others?

For example, is the orange firewall(E) body rarer then the green firewall(E) body? I just bought the green one for 5million gigas and someone is selling the orange one for 20 million gigas and claims it is 'rarer' then the green one.

Is he telling the truth? on the drop list it just says 'low chance' for all the (E) parts..

The rarest elite sets are always placed on the last pages.

The ones that have modded textures are rarer than the ones with normal textures. At least that's what I was told a while back.
