Without the render it looks like this

It's too chaotic. The render is overcast by all the lights. There's no, perhaps little, thought put into the placement of the elements. It seems to me like the stuff was just put there to fill space. Flow, direction, purpose and many other elements are present in a good signature. It might not have them all but at least one.

Look at some tutorials and you'll get better.

I'll point only a few, there are literally hundreds of forums for this.

i ment i knew 75% of all those tutorials, most of them are the same. i found a few tutorials which acctually took my attentions but those are pointed on a single point in the signature such as adding the blur's etc, but i will try making a signature based on that.

Don't make a signature based on one thing.. Try to use more tutorials and combine them into one sig..

Just find different varieties of tutorials.  Follow them as closely as you can so you can get a feel of the style.  Then once you're comfortable with the amount of knowledge you know from all the various tutorials, you can start freestyling and use techniques that you feel is best.
