it reminds me of those crappy tracks they made me listen in 5th grade, where we had a stupid course where we had to relax and interact with others while stuff like that played in the background

Lol you could interpret it that way. Really its the way that it's mastered differently. In a 5th grade elevator-music type song you'll have something where theres a generic beat with some low setting repeated instrument being played over and over.

Here, you have multiple things flying in and out of the song and being played as if you're literally sitting in a "live room," and there's a light touch of treated vocals with booming synths leading through with the piano chords throughout the song. No, the chords aren't just 4/4 patterns being played over and over again, the pitch is shifted along with the music as it gradually grows, and this tiny change totally shapes the emotional buildup of the song.

Is it just me??
