Flygon used Fire Punch! It's super effective!
The foe's Shedinja hung on using its Focus Sash!
The foe's Shedinja used X-Scissor!
Flygon lost 100% of its health!
Flygon fainted!  

Was a random battle and that was the only Pokemon who was able to hit Shedinja.

what. an aerodactyl using dragon pulse.. seriously? you cant even argue that its situational because aeordactly also learns dragon claw rock slide, stone edge, ice fang, which all would have killed salamence in 1 hit. I dont think you understand the difference between attack and special attack. Aerodactyl has very high attack and bad special attack. Dragon Pulse is a special attack so therefor it didnt do much damage. Dragon Claw would have easily killed Salamence in 1 hit, despite being lower in power, because its a physical attack not a special attack.  Not trying to be mean just trying to teach you.

he used and buffed up his sweeper first turn knowing people usually send out ferrothorn or some shit to stealth rock and spike the place. 2 turns is all it takes and you're dead.

just take some thought when you pick your first pokemon cuz the first move is actually the most important in the entire game
