Here is my feedback on Lucian
Pros:
Free slow remove (cleanse) with e that also resets if you kill a champion with your ult
Ult scales with ad/ap AND attackspeed
Great poking kit that scales early and late
W and E allow for chasing and escape
Passive is a free sheen that scales great with high ad and cdr

Cons:
Ult direction is locked after used (so if you enemy flashes behind you, you are kinda fked)
Q poke is not a skillshot but instead lock, which sucks if you need to finish someone and you are just out of range.
R is a selfsilence that prevents you from using your W to follow up, you can still use E however
Additional info:
Support with a stunlock works great with your ult because he will get stuck in it and get hit by all shots
CDR + Tear is great for infinite pokes in lane
Using your skills each time after you used your passive (so waiting 1 AA after each skill) will cause you to deal 150% more damage.
Q is also great for farming if minions are walking in a straight line but the lock on sucks pretty hard.
nerf 90% ad scale + base damage on Q and add a cd on passive
buff q should be skillshot and e should reset on kills not only kills by ult
