If your internet times out, it would time out just as well on the FTP.
I will do so if you tell me why you think your internet won't time out via the FTP copy.
Putting the setup into the FTP would give a slight lag to the website as it's a downloadable 450GB sitting in the FTP space.
The reason I need an FTP link is simple. When you download a file from a filesharing website like Megaupload or File Factory, you are given a mirror link, not the direct server link. That means that you can't pause your download. Whenever I download large files, I need to pause my download once in a while so that my internet won't time out on me. I know this is a bit of a burden to you, but I would very much appreciate it if you could upload the file to the FTP and give me the direct link to download it. Or, maybe you can upload it to mediafire. I heard that you can pause downloads from there.
The main thing is that I need to pause my download, and I cannot do that with any of the mirrors provided. I've tried every trick in the book( and I know many tricks), yet I have not achieved successfully pausing and restarting a download from any of the mirrors.
I hope this explanation helps!
