So twice this has happened to me:
Looking through the marketplace on my iPhone, I have accidentally spent way too many gigas on items I didn't want in the first place. Accidentally clicking an item is very frustrating and I think it would be a good idea to implement a confirmation page. Maybe just a little box that pops up that says "are you sure you would like to purchase this item?"
