Focus is too far off. I find the entire bottom-left area distracting to the point I can't focus enough on the render to see what it is.
Love the blending though.

I can't tell whether the focal is the person or the cards.  (Fix this by blurring things around your focal point)
Flow is a tad bit off but that's only cause I can't determine the focal very well. 
The render blends a little too much on the bottom right which is a slightly distracting. 
The black parts in the corners are a little unnecessary. 

The colors you used are great and the blending is excellent. 
Lighting is perfect imo. 
I really like the effects used on the cards. 

KIU you're improving quickly. 
Also try adding text to your signatures.  You can't get better at it if you don't try.  (It's mainly trial and error really)

Do i need to use the blur tool or select the layers and then use blur/blur more?
