If you mean without taking any dmg from him then there are these options.

1. shoot him
2. only jump attack him
3. use inf. combo with 2 other people
4. use normal combo and create some distance, when he runs at you use the normal combo again, etc.
5. push him (only merc and trans push work on codered)

or instead of using only jump attack just use rush/ion wave/ uppercut then go away from him and when he gets up and runs at you knock him down again and repeat

if you arent rm and theres enough lag do hit+hit+hit pause hit+hit+hit defense repeat
normally he would break your combo after 5th hit but if theres enough lag he  will do it after 6th
if you do it right you can inf combo him to death

if theres even more lag he will break your combo after several hits (8+)

on some maps like 221 there are stuff you can jump on so you can hit code m but code can't hit you
inf combo on them and you won't get hit
