Is the issue that it's not downloading the files?

I think the green bar isn't supposed to be there.
But as long as the game is working it shouldn't be a problem.

The green bar is the procces of the patching/downloading, but it normaly is in the blue line

pig i didnt do anything other than i backed up boutcheetah before i reformatted my pc

This issue is caused when you change windows default font size.  We may release a patch in the future to resolve this.  P.S. Sorry for the late reply lul.
