i don't know if it is normal ore a bug?
i get tier 1 boxes in a none tier zone
i get tier 2 boxes in tier 1 zone
i get tier 3 boxes in tier 2 zone
hard to get but i have got this like 7 times already?

is this normal ore a bug?

i think its a small bug, isn't really a problem, thats why the Admins dont fix it

What level are you doing? Because if you're doing level 64, only the Melissas drop boxes.

level 1 and if i train on lvl 219 i get sometime tier 2 boxes in tier 1 zone when i just have killed 10 mobs..
