my question is :
i wantet to buy membership but i got following problems:
- no credit card.... only a ec-card [electronic cash card]
-no paypal [and i dont rly know how to use it ]

so i wanted to ask if there isanother way to get membership or another way of payment

If an electronic cash card is similar to a credit card (never heard of it), you can create an account with PayPal and transfer some money into that paypal account.
Therefore, you can purchase membership via paypal off your "ec-card".
