Level 15: You can now use stun
Level 25: You can now use GC and Ion Wave
Level 35:  You can now use Uppercut
Level 50: You can now use Minibots and E.F.s(not lucky)
Level 70: You can now use Rush and BF
Level 100: I will give you a new trans and you can now use lucky.
Level 120: I will give you Wings (We will take a guild vote to decide what wings are given)
Level 130: You can now use II skills and First Flags
Level 140: I will give you a new trans and a hug(We will take a guild vote to decide which trans is given)
Level 150: You can now use Second Flags
Level 160: You are now free to use anything you want
