March 23 at 7:50 when i connect this game my password was already changed.
So I connected my another account Then i found my account in game Certainly i
didn't connect the account
Next day i connected the account.
Unfortunately my item was disappeared.
So i it possible?

he's saying that on march 23rd he logged his account but the password was changed. he logged on his alt and saw his account online but that certainly wasn't him.
next day he logged in his account but all his items were gone

well, if thats really the case i suggest u say ur ign like selene requested and then maybe a admin can check who u traded the exact time u couldn't enter ur  account.
