I still have no information on how he lost his ID or if it's even his.


Did his account get scammed from him?

Did he sell it and now wants it back?

Did he scam someone and they took it back?



So many things could have happened. If he still has the account and wants to change his "password" he is able to do so by going to Community->Profile->Account Related Settings.  I'm still in the dark here.
