So I am bored and wondered if anyone knew of some fun horror games? They don't have to be only horror but I want an adventure type game. Something that is free and doesn't require me to have a disk or anything. I was thinking of games like amnesia but any will do.

Pretty awesome, some custom stories are pretty good aswell. Plenty of custom stories on the internet for some instant scares.

Nah. more action than scares. I've beat 2/3 and didn't get scared.

Is this a joke? That's not scary, it's just a very good and entertaining game. I personally didn't get to play all the way through, my copy lags like a nigger. But I've watched entire playthroughs.


Go for some indie horrors. You'll find some retarded ones and some that will downright scare the **** out of you.

I've watched and/or played all ten, and they're pretty good. They're no Amnesia, but they're short, scary, and adventurous. (slender is there, at #4 on this guys list).

Resident Evil, only beat 4, was pretty scary, but I was also pretty young. 6 was not scary at all, and raccoon city was ****ing horrible.

Fatal Frame was pretty good, actually. I'd recommend it.

Doom 3, never played it but I can't see the graphics scaring me at al.
