So i was in a lobby and we started the sector game. Then i looked at the chat and it said that i was talking and saying i like balls lol but i hadn't tooked the keyboard. Am i being hacked?

Somebody used a chat glitch.  You can find out who it is by getting the glitcher to say "lol, nya, cry, shy, ready" (sorry if I missed any) their bot will do that emote and you can then find out who had done it.

Two instances of the same account can't be logged in at the same time, so there's no reason to change your password just because of this incident. (Unless you just happen to be overly-paranoid about getting hacked)

No because there are ways to resolve it before the hacker can fully take it. That's like seeing someone breaking into your car and you just let him take everything and walk away.

No. No it's not.
It's like someone's hacking your computer network so you smash the router with a hammer.
No network to hack anymore, unlike if you just upped the security.
