You don't need a verified Paypal acc, you can just use direct debit. Paypal requires 18+ verified account.

Although I already purchase what ever I want through PayPal; a lot of the people I sell to save up Z Coins in this fashion and it would indeed be nice for them to earn a permanent membership through this method of saving. +1
