Yes i know it isnt a bad deal but tcs nowadays Worth with certain ease 15m each and that would be 330m and in the near future it price will reach 20m what would mean 440m for 22 tcs so even paying 300-330m ppl can have 100m profit. I think ppl can offer more for it. Here is a good example showing that this offer is good but not enough
