Maybe they wanted to change it up and just give an item away without Zylon Coins for this event, since all the other events has given you both the item(s) and the Zylon Coins together since the release of the Zylon shop.

The events that gave ZC were Halloween and Christmas, the two biggest events they do. That is most likely why they did it, and also since it had just came out at the time they could have put it as a "trial" to make you realize what you could get, and buy more.

Lol, are you srs, just because the previous ones had ZC as a prize does not mean this one should have ZC as prize. Welcome to the first event after the Zylon shop was released that did not give out ZC.

Because they don't want zc to go out of control? One event kick starts the hunger for more. Suppress it and it won't end up like the giga and coin problem we have today.

There were a selection of choices they could have picked, all were remodeled ai. So I'm guessing there are more mercs to steal I mean come

I disagree, I believe there have been some events where all people are thrilled with the prizes, main example being last Halloween Event (2012). Hallo aura, Hallo aura II, Darkbot, Metojack, and Halloween parts that dropped as boxes. I don't recall anyone complaining about the prizes..  Maybe some complained they were too hard to get, but I don't think anyone was complaining that the prizes weren't good enough or that they wanted more.

Map wasn't rushed. Me and Tricky took our time planning the map. It took a full 12 hours both doing work, whereas it could've been a simple one hour project throwing IDs wherever we could.

Thought it was, in that case Ross takes it back, like Ross said though the map was nice, but it seems to not have that full challenge feel. The first day was great, then it got rather easy by how simplistic this game really is atm.
