I would almost bet that less than 10% of people actually level up with people around their level, until about level 150.

^im not sure you know asmit, but the exp rates of low lvls were increased by like 1000%, not even an exaggeration. lvl 1 gives 200 base exp and it used to give 20 or so

that 200 exp can become 800 exp for a lvl 1, so yeah the exp rates are high enough imo
